Thermal Design Intern

1. Assist in thermal design and analysis, participate in the development of cooling solutions;

2. Use relevant software for thermal simulation and modeling to analyze heat dissipation performance;

3. Participate in thermal testing and validation, collect and organize thermal test data;

4. Assist in writing technical documents and reports to present research findings;

5. Participate in team meetings and propose improvement suggestions.

1. Graduate students (second year and above) in related fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, Thermal Control, Power Engineering, Engineering Thermophysics, and Cryogenics;

2. Solid theoretical foundation in thermal design, proficient in at least one thermal simulation tool (FLOTHERM/ICEPAK/FLUENT) and structural design software (CAD/CREO), as well as skilled in using Office software. Experience in laboratory work and strong hands-on skills are required;

3. Strong logical reasoning abilities, good teamwork spirit, and communication skills, with a knack for analyzing and solving problems;

4. Basic English reading skills to understand relevant technical literature and perform document translation.
